Sivepo manages the Normpack system and controls its quality. Before a producer is allowed to produce Normpack trays, he is submitted to an audit in which he must prove that he is capable of consistently producing the required level of quality.
When developing a new tray, the design must be tested to meet a number of requirements and the combined expertise of Sivepo and the Normpack trays is utilized in order to make the best design possible. Before a tray is actually allowed to be sold by a producer, a quality evaluation takes place wherein a number of functionalities of the tray are tested objectively.
All the tray models that are in production undergo spot-inspections. If a producer's tray does not meet the requirements, it will be removed from production.
